REFUND POLICY

At Mystic Wolf Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional holistic wellness services and products. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund guidelines below: 

1. Services 

• Appointments & Sessions:  

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost. 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. 

• Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. 

2. Classes & Workshops 

• Refunds are available if you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled class or workshop. 

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this period, but you may transfer your spot to another person. 

3. Products 

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. 

• Opened or used products cannot be refunded due to health and safety regulations. 

4. Digital Products 

• All sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, courses) are final and non-refundable.
