Appointments & Sessions:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
2. Classes & Workshops

Refunds are available if you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled class or workshop.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this period, but you may transfer your spot to another person.
3. Products

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Opened or used products cannot be refunded due to health and safety regulations.
4. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, courses) are final and non-refundable.
